1. EQUIPMENT

Our manufacturing facility utilizes cutting-edge manufacturing equipment to guarantee the highest quality products for our customers during both high and low volume fills. To run the operation, our facility is staffed by an educated and dedicated group of chemists and an incredibly knowledgeable clinical team. Our formulas are mixed in our modern stainless steel mixers capable of both hot and cold mixing processes as well as accommodating a vast array of formulations, viscosities, and particle sizes.

All of our lines are equipped with semi-automatic and automatic fillers, cappers, and sealers. Mixed formulas are then processed on either our jar & bottle lines, or our tube lines. Products on our jar & bottle lines are filled and capped, while those on the tube lines are filled and sealed using heated and ultra-sonic equipment.

All products merge for the labeling process using our extensive assortment of labelers. Once labeled, they are coded using advanced inkjet and laser coders. Finally, we use heated sealing equipment to safety seal and shrink-wrap the products, which are then delivered to shipping.

2. PICKING YOUR PACKAGING

Once your product manufacturing has begun, your account executive will guide you through our packaging choices. We have a complete onsite showroom dedicated to packaging options. And while it could be a challenging task, we will make it easy for you. After a few key questions regarding your brand, vision, and budget, your account executive will help you select a range of product packaging options to create a cohesive and impressive look.

While we have a varied range of packaging options that are included in the product cost, any additional options are considered an upgrade and may incur a nominal charge. Your account executive will guide you through the varied packaging options.

3. ESTABLISHING YOUR BRAND IDENTITY

Now that your new skincare products are manufactured and your packaging has been chosen, you will move on to discussing your brand. It’s important that you understand WHO you are selling to, as well as WHO you are as a company. 4. DESIGNING YOUR PACKAGING

Once your branding has been established, your products created and packing chosen, we will move on to designing your packaging. 6. LOGISTICS

Proveda Herbals is adept at handling all aspects of shipping and receiving. We regularly ship packages of all sizes domestically and internationally, and can assist you with regulatory compliance and required documentation. We also have a climate- controlled warehouse to assist clients with warehousing services if required. 7. WAREHOUSING

If required, we can offer warehousing services to active clients, with both standard and climate controlled storage options. Our warehouse accommodates various items, such as packaging, raw materials and labels. Any items stored with us are registered through our inventory system, allowing us to undertake tracking and maintenance.

8. SHIPPING

We aim to have all products delivered as quickly as possible. Whatever your shipping entails, our goal is to meet your specific needs. We regularly ship everything from small packages to large International containers, and routinely work with UPS, FedEx and USPS. We use our client’s carrier of choice, and also work through freight forwarders.

All shipping is inspected by our shipping manager and undergoes a final quality check to ensure that packages are adequately prepared, secured, and ready for departure.
